Steve Jobs just announced that he is going to offer a credit to early iPhone Adopters. Just like I said.

CoolC said...: Well I guess you were right. Steve is going to give us a few Apple dollars.

This was probably part of the whole plan.

- put a product out for a ridiculous price and see how many worms take a bite.
- if the numbers aren't as high as expected -- lower the price.
- offer the angry worms who bit into the apple only %50 of there loss in "Apple dollars".
- "Apple" will save-face with most of their die-hard customers and their books wont really change.

Hmmm... I wonder what the profit margins are for those Apple ear pieces and car kits.
